Blown film extrusion is a process in which plastic materials are transformed into granules, which are melted in an extruder ending with a circular die, with blowing air at its center. The result is a tubular reel, which is then cooled, wound, cut, and suitable for multiple applications (simple and multi-fold film packaging, industrial bags, bin bags, food packaging, agriculture, shopping bags, etc.)
The extrusion production structure consists of 5 extruders connected via automatic supply lines to the raw material silos.
Annual raw material consumption exceeds 2500 tonnes of biodegradable and compostable product.
